Are your ceramics handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by an individual artist. Natural variations in shape, glaze and surface are part of its character.

How long does made-to-order production take?

Depending on design and complexity, production typically takes 15–45 days. In-stock pieces ship sooner.

Are functional ceramics food safe?

Tableware designed for food and beverages is intended to be food safe. Decorative ceramics should not be used in a microwave, oven or dishwasher unless specifically stated.

Do you accept custom or wholesale orders?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused items in original packaging. Contact support@auth-aura.com with your order number.
