30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may have different eligibility. Contact support@auth-aura.com with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
