Welcome to AuthAura Handmade Ceramics! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AuthAura Handmade Ceramics. We operate this store and website, including related information, content, features, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced below, describe the conditions that apply when you access our website or purchase from us.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase through our store. If you allow a minor to use the Services under your supervision, you are responsible for that use.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us, including your email address, billing information, and shipping information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography.

Many AuthAura pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, glaze, texture, shape, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These natural variations do not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Please review each product description, including dimensions, materials, care instructions, intended use, and any made-to-order information, before purchasing.

We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit available quantities. Changes to listings do not retroactively alter the agreed terms of an accepted order, except as permitted by applicable law or agreed with you.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch your order.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing. We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an inability to process payment, or a material listing error.

If we need to change or cancel your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated shipping charges that are no longer applicable.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, email support@auth-aura.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to make changes once preparation, custom production, or shipping has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights required by applicable law.

For wholesale or resale inquiries, please contact us before placing an order so that any separate commercial terms can be agreed.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

The applicable price and currency are shown during checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees may apply. Any responsibility for these charges will be determined by the shipping terms disclosed for your order and applicable law.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Promotions may have separate eligibility conditions, time limits, or exclusions. Where a promotion has specific terms, those terms apply to that promotion.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, charges, processing information, and estimated delivery times are described at checkout, on relevant product pages, or in our Shipping Policy:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are estimates. Handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time as disclosed on the relevant product page or when your order is confirmed.

If a significant delay occurs, please contact support@auth-aura.com for assistance. We will work with you and, where appropriate, the carrier to investigate delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Handing a shipment to a carrier does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law or our published policies.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address error results in additional shipping costs, we will explain any proposed charges before arranging reshipment.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, an item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email support@auth-aura.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending an item back.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

For change-of-mind returns or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Where a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, AuthAura will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services include text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and other content owned by AuthAura Handmade Ceramics or used with permission from artists, suppliers, and other rights holders.

You may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of our content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design, artwork, photography, or branding.

Shopify’s names and logos belong to Shopify. Other artist, brand, and product names belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include third-party tools, embedded features, or links to external websites. Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their independent content, products, or practices. Please review the relevant third-party terms before using their services.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for our own products, representations, or obligations under applicable law.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AuthAura Handmade Ceramics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AuthAura Handmade Ceramics. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AuthAura Handmade Ceramics, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AuthAura Handmade Ceramics.

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content to us for publication (“Feedback”), you confirm that you own that content or have permission to submit it.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, and reasonably format that Feedback in connection with operating and promoting our store and products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We will not knowingly edit a review in a way that misrepresents your opinion. Please disclose any payment, gift, or other incentive connected with a review.

Feedback must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringe another person’s rights. We may remove content that violates these requirements. We are not required to publish or compensate you for unsolicited Feedback.

Private customer-service correspondence is not treated as permission to publish your personal information.

If an affected order is canceled after payment, we will refund the corresponding amount paid, subject to applicable law.

Termination does not remove obligations relating to outstanding accepted orders, refunds, payments, or rights that have already arisen.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, applicable liability provisions, and dispute-related provisions.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We aim to provide a reliable website, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the online Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that apply by law, or overrides express product descriptions and commitments we make to you. Our Return & Refund Policy continues to apply.

Please use products according to their descriptions and care instructions. Do not assume that an item is suitable for food contact, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, or another specific use unless that suitability is stated for the product.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, personal injury, or breaches of mandatory consumer rights.

These limitations do not remove our obligations concerning delivery, damaged or defective products, refunds, or other remedies required by applicable law.

SECTION 18 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or rights to bring a claim in a court that are available to you under applicable law.
